Privacy policy
My HOA Budget is a public-facing site for reserve-planning education and request intake. We keep the site static, keep the request UI short, and only collect enough information to route a request or complete a paid handoff.
What we collect
- Page and funnel activity needed to understand which public-site paths lead to request, checkout, and activation.
- Email addresses and community details you submit through request forms.
- Checkout session data needed to confirm payment and send a magic-link sign-in email.
Analytics
This deployment does not currently load Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics 4. Public-site analytics are not enabled unless the deployment is configured with a GTM container.
Request intake and checkout
When you submit a request, the browser can send that request to the canonical backend used by the wider app family. Paid checkouts are handled by Stripe-backed guest checkout endpoints, and the follow-up sign-in email is issued through the shared auth service.
Email links
After a successful request or checkout, we may send a magic link so you can continue setup without creating a password. Those links are time-sensitive and should be treated like login credentials.
Data sharing
We use service providers only where they are required to run the public site and the handoff path, including the analytics, payment, and auth infrastructure described above. We do not sell personal information.
